Industrial AI Workshop: Shaping the Next Era of Industrial AI

Join us in strengthening the industrial AI acceleration by uniting leading industrial and AI companies with excellent research institutions to position the European GigaAI factories and secure European sovereignty.

With the JUPITER AI Factory in Jülich, we are set to become a cornerstone of Europe's AI infrastructure, providing industry, medium-sized companies and start-ups with access to Europe's first exascale supercomputer to accelerate the development and scaling of AI applications.

This workshop brings together leading experts from academia and industry to explore how we can leverage this world-class research ecosystem, develop critical AI talent, and drive industrial AI innovation. Through enabling cross-regional collaboration, providing cutting-edge infrastructure, and building a strong industrial network, we aim to accelerate AI-driven solutions —empowering SMEs, corporates, and startups alike.

Opportunities

Europe's opportunity lies in the industry-specific application of AI. With our strong industrial network and excellent research facilities, we will strengthen the development of hardware infrastructure, joined by education and training programs, to accelerate innovation and trustworthy AI. Become now part of the network and gain insights into the next era of industrial AI.

Our Mission

Promoting regional cooperation and securing European sovereignty

  • Leveraging the cross-border, European network through international partners from the region
  • Practical linking of relevant and newest research and creating a neutral playground for industrial challenges
  • Developing sustainable and innovative AI solutions with corporates, SMEs and startups as the backbone of the European economy

Fast testing, implementation and transfer pathways for industrial AI

  • Use cases, demos of solutions and tools on Campus Melaten and in the cross-border region (applied research demo factories)
  • AI best-practices by implementation of AI solutions with partners in the cross-border region (industrial demo factories)
  • Industrial regional presence for direct provision of enabling technologies and direct technical realization

Establishing a long-term vision

  • Consortium for applications and funding – PhDs on-site
  • Private and public investments into an industrial AI hub to grow and implement faster
